It may be laggy at the beginning for a moment

Playthrough:

Exorcise enemies, recover at the shrine, survive

The enemies get stronger the longer you play

The map gets smaller when you dont exorcise enemies

The shrine in the center will heal you

Exorcising enemies will fill your sanctificus meter allowing you to use powerfull aoe

Controls:

WSAD - Movement

LMB - lock target

Shift + WSAD - exorcise enemy

Spacebar - cast ultimate in place where you point mouse
